Since our services are delivered digitally (for video consultations) or in person (at our hospital), this Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how your appointment confirmations are processed and delivered.
1. Nature of Our Service
We do not sell or ship physical goods. Instead, we provide:
- Video Consultation Appointments (digital service)
- In-Person Doctor Consultations at our hospital
2. Appointment Confirmation
Once your payment is received successfully:
- You will get instant confirmation via email and/or SMS.
- Details include date, time, doctorβs name, and appointment type.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Video Consultations: Access details (link or instructions) are delivered within minutes of booking.
- In-Person Appointments: Confirmation is provided immediately, and services are delivered at the scheduled date & time.
4. Rescheduling Policy
If you wish to reschedule your appointment:
- Contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- Rescheduling is subject to doctor availability.
5. Failed Delivery of Service
If you do not receive your confirmation email/SMS within 1 hour of booking:
