Since our services are delivered digitally (for video consultations) or in person (at our hospital), this Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how your appointment confirmations are processed and delivered.


1. Nature of Our Service

We do not sell or ship physical goods. Instead, we provide:

  • Video Consultation Appointments (digital service)
  • In-Person Doctor Consultations at our hospital

2. Appointment Confirmation

Once your payment is received successfully:

  • You will get instant confirmation via email and/or SMS.
  • Details include date, time, doctor’s name, and appointment type.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Video Consultations: Access details (link or instructions) are delivered within minutes of booking.
  • In-Person Appointments: Confirmation is provided immediately, and services are delivered at the scheduled date & time.

4. Rescheduling Policy

If you wish to reschedule your appointment:

  • Contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Rescheduling is subject to doctor availability.
