1. Scope of the Policy
This policy applies only to online appointment bookings made via:
- Our official website (www.divydeephospital.com)
- Official phone bookings with online payment
- Video consultation bookings
2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- Hospital-Initiated Cancellations – If your appointment is canceled by us due to doctor unavailability, emergencies, or technical issues.
- Patient-Initiated Cancellations – If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Technical Payment Errors – If your payment was deducted but the booking was not confirmed.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in these cases:
- Cancellation within less than 24 hours of the appointment time.
- Failure to attend the scheduled appointment (no-show).
- Services already delivered (including completed video consultations).

5. Rescheduling Instead of Refund
If you prefer, we can reschedule your appointment to a new date/time without extra charges instead of processing a refund.
