1. Scope of the Policy

This policy applies only to online appointment bookings made via:

  • Our official website (www.divydeephospital.com)
  • Official phone bookings with online payment
  • Video consultation bookings

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  1. Hospital-Initiated Cancellations – If your appointment is canceled by us due to doctor unavailability, emergencies, or technical issues.
  2. Patient-Initiated Cancellations – If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  3. Technical Payment Errors – If your payment was deducted but the booking was not confirmed.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in these cases:

  • Cancellation within less than 24 hours of the appointment time.
  • Failure to attend the scheduled appointment (no-show).
  • Services already delivered (including completed video consultations).

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

5. Rescheduling Instead of Refund

If you prefer, we can reschedule your appointment to a new date/time without extra charges instead of processing a refund.
