  • Online Doctor Appointments (Video Consultation & In-Person Booking)

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

You may use our services only if you:

  • Are 18 years or older and legally competent to enter into contracts.
  • Have provided accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during booking.
  • Understand that our services are for healthcare consultation and treatment purposes only.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the booking on your behalf.

3. Nature of Services

We offer two primary service types:

3.1 Online Appointments (Video Consultation)

  • Conducted via secure digital platforms.
  • Includes medical advice, diagnosis guidance, and treatment recommendations.
  • Not a substitute for emergency medical care — in case of emergencies, visit the hospital directly.

3.2 In-Person Appointments

  • Conducted at Divydeep Hospital & Advanced Surgical Centre premises.
  • May involve physical examination, diagnosis, surgical treatment, and follow-ups.

4. Booking & Payment

4.1 Booking Process

  • Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or in person.
  • Online booking requires selecting doctor, date, time, and consultation type.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payments for online appointments must be made in advance.
  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
  • Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect already confirmed bookings.

5. Confirmation & Service Delivery

  • Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS.
  • For video consultations, a secure link or instructions will be sent.
  • For in-person appointments, you must arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Our Refund Policy applies for all cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
  • No refund will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations.
  • If we cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

7. Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Rescheduling is subject to doctor availability.

8. Emergency Services Disclaimer

Our online appointment services are not for medical emergencies.
In case of emergency, call local emergency services or visit the hospital immediately.

9. Patient Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide complete and truthful medical history.
  • Follow prescribed treatment plans.
  • Attend follow-up consultations as advised.
  • Refrain from abusive, harassing, or illegal conduct towards staff and doctors.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Online consultation limitations mean some conditions may require in-person examination.

12. Intellectual Property Rights
